DECISION

  1. Organisational structure of UARDN should be created in the form of independent Association of Universities and Research institutes, based on the democratic principals of membership and a state support of different Ministries and State Agencies of Ukraine.
  2. Call for attention of our western partners to support our activity with a Pilot Projects.
  3. In order to start our work in the field of creation of UARDN - to create a working group in order to prepare a plan of actions for the nearest future (June 1997).
